On my new HP iPAQ

on my new HP iPAQ 114 I get the same error message for each programme: "The file .... cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file.I went on line once when I was trying out the features of the PDA (I have no experience with PDAs). Does the PDA have a virus?
