On the original windows messenger?

how do i stop it signing me in when i turn the computer on.

In messenger,

Go to Tools > Preferences > Untick "Start windows messenger when my computer starts" and to speed up your pc maybe also untick "allow windows messenger to run in the background" and then click OK to save the changes.

The new Windows Live Messenger (formally MSN) is more up-to-date and modern. You can download it here -

And if you don't like it, you can uninstall it.

Once it has started go to tools options then preferences and un tick the first box that says run windows messenger when windows starts

first thing you do when you're logged on, is to log back off again and make sure the "sign me in automatically" check box is not checked off.

then, go to Tools and choose Options from the drop-down list. Click on the Preferences tab, and un-check the "Run Windows Messenger when Windows starts" option, which is all the way on the top.

Click OK at the bottom, and you're set.

like have it be ajgtosegmjoaisegj

and then tell it to remember that password

it wont sign you on, and it doesnt give you though annoying alerts saying the password is wrong
