I have one yellowish spot in each eye. It is in the same exact spot in each eye. They do not bother me at all. They are on the side closest to my nose. They seem like they are kind of bump like. Any advice?

  3. The dull, yellow spots on the white of the eye closet to the nose are lipid/cholesterol deposits.  They are totally harmless and very common. Certain ethnic groups such as Italian, Mediterranean and Hispanic have a higher incidence.  If they are enlarging or getting more deep yellow, it can be an indication of elevated cholesterol  and you should get blood tests.
