Oneil boardshorts?

Hi i bought a pair of oneil ladies boardshorts and they have a wierd plastic thing in the pocket that looks like a comb but it doesnt work?

What is it??????

It's a wax comb to be used with (surf)board wax.

That plastic comb my dear is for the surfer dudes and dudettes. That is to spread the wax on their boards. no seriously don't laugh!!

I suppose you know that on the surfboards they put wax to increase their grip. it does get quite wet when you surf?!
