Online school ? plz help?

ok my mom wants m 2 go 2 public schools and i hate them and i dont know awhat to do.i am trying to convience her to put me into the jubille academy an shes thinking about it but she said she might try it oout for a year and she said if she didnt like it she would put me back into a public school an she said that they might not exept my work like they might need to hold me back another year could they do that hold me back if i did what i was supposed to do .....
