Open skateparks in London?

Can anyone tell me where there are any skateparks/places where skaters hang around in London, that are free and not private.

I go past one that looks really fun when my bus goes past Camden. Camden's also quite  good place to hang around and meet skater-types. It's the route of the 29 bus as it goes North out of Camden but it isn't more than 1 km from Camden tube station.

Behind the arts centre on the South Bank, and by the Cutty Sark in Greenwich - those are the last two places I remember getting mowed down by skateboards lol! Have fun! Hx
