Opening up a Diner?!?

well trying to, do you know any where I can buy to open up a diner In Toronto? Cheap but good.

Toronto is a great place for food business... lot of people and a lot of opportunities.  I would go somewhere in downtown anywhere a couple of blocks from Dundas north of the bus station I think the eastern blocks are better than the western blocks for the pedestrians.  Queen Street etc....

you need a good location.thats really all that matters.does it have to be toronto?
