Please tell me about Huawei Technologies Bangalore work atmosphere, work load, shift time and dress code ?

As mentioned above work pressure will be more but as a fresher if u join, it is the best place for u to learn lots of things... And about the Dress code, u can wear casuals on all days..

Never try to work in huawei, one of my friend is working there.
He will go to office by 8:30 am, and will come by 11 pm or 12 midnight, sometime he will stay there whole night. in concern of money the will judge u at high level. and will always try to show u some -tive points. it is not at all a good company. u can try for others, the work culture is not good. they will s***w like anything.

HTIPL , Huawei Bangalore work load is the very high. Atleast 12 to 13 hours a day.
If you are put in some agile project then your life will become h**l, not only work lot of pressure. Half of the team will be sitting after 12 night in agile projects.
Weekly 2 releases in a project will be common, so night outs you will get enough opportunities.
Before joining you can consider reading opinions on Orkut , Glassdoor and jobshive sites :-)
Lot of restrictions in the name of Information Security. You will not have outlook and net acess on your machine.

Don't get enticed by money and lose the personal life. HTIPL is only good for freshers but not for experience persons.
