I bought my E-Machines T6524 on02/04/2006. It was in for a number of repairs, coverd under the service contract. I just got it back on 07/20/2008. Your service department replaced the mother board and the hard drive. Since I never recieved and software disks when I purchased the machine, since it was a display. Your geek squad department re-installed windows XP home. My question is how do I get the operating software disk, since I never recieved them in the first place? I contacted E-Machines and they said they would have to charge me for them. I don't feel I should have to pay since I should have recieved them at the time of purchase. my service order # is 00518-943827453. Also E-Machines said that if any of the compoinents were changed that the orriginal software & recovery disk would not work. That I need the windows XP home addition disk that your geek squad used. Can you please help me with this?
