Order authorizing prjudgement possesion?

Question

i rent a house in anaheim and i recently learned house was being bought by city for street widening project.but the title was up in air with bank and owner. all i know now is yesterday i was served a paper that was filed june 24 order authorizing prejudgement possesion .by eminant domain not by the owner but by the city. the owner doesnt respond to my calls i allways paid my rent but now im not sure how many days i have left and owner doesnt respond about my deposit.
