can i really make a paypal account? or use my debit card(bank card)?

well you said that i can make a paypal or use my debit card although i'm underage and only 16, will the delivery person care if a minor receives it?

Ok pal.I suggest that you shouldn't using debit to shop online cause I've already does several times before and i kept getting people taken my numbers and they just used it! But fortunately that i reported to the bank and they refund the moneys back right after the pending transaction showed up to my account activity, therefore i told them to send me another card right away. Debit card have really low protection or other word that no protection at all. Its just like your wallet, people could easily rob it if you throw it out to the Internet. Using a credit card always more reliable cause more protection from the bank. I guess you could borrow your mom's card and pay her back or otherwise you have to wait till 18.

you can't use paypal at 99% of online store, but you can use a debit card, and no they don't care at all.

I am 13 and i order clothing online with my debit card.

So i don't see what is wrong with it.

No. He won't ask for identification unless you look 12 years old or something.

if your buying clothing from online i would recommend to avoid ebay , lots of expensive clothing brand names such as versace , lacoste , gucci etc are sold as fakes for a really low price.

only buy from authentic stores no where else.

I have a personal paypal account and I'm 14 ... But it's under my parents' name.

I recieve packages the whole time and the delivery guy never seems to care, so I'll guess you'll be okay =]
