Organization system?

ok at my office there is a set of folders that are labeled A-Z with papers to be filed in them. We need them to be organized by date and alphabetically but people just shove them in there because its too time consuming to pull out the whole folder and search through the papers to find the right place. Can you think of a system that makes it easy to have the papers in order alphabetically and by date?

I think your company should have this thing where every day the boss assigns someone who has to sort through the folders at the end of the day.  You could always make a nice sign, laminate it and put it near the folders.  BTW it's way better to be organized cause when you leave things to be messy it just piles up.

other than putting each respective letter tray in a different location... not really.

the only other solution is to do everything electronically, and then as the end of the day nears, print everything out and send off as it goes to the printer.
