Orlando Cooking classes?

Hi, I was wondering if any one knows of any cooking classes available to the public in or around Orlando, FL; possibly Winter Park? Just looking for some classes to better my ability to cook and for a hobby not for a career in culinary arts.

Maybe this will help.  It is an article describing different cooking classes in the Orlando area.  Some of them are designed for professional chefs, which is obviously more intense than you want.  But others seem appropriate for a home cook who wants to try a few new things.
