Other word games other than scrabble.?

Question

Do we know that scrabble has standard board and tiles designed for English words/language. My question is do we have the same game rules weather it is the same game name or not but different languages used. If it has, the size of board and number of tiles is it the same? Is there a slight or major changes of the rules? What they are? Guys just want to know other words board games, because I try to program that users can select or explore other word games and also other languages of their choices. Just to know rules, how to play the game and other info. Thanks...

Super Scrabble - larger board, more tiles.

Sometimes, you just have to adjust the rules for what works for you.  Tweaking the game rules can make it interesting as long as everyone knows the new rules upfront.

29 different languages.  I did a quick search and found Spanish, Swedish, Welsh, but I couldn't find out answers for your other questions.  Do a web search for a version in the language you want and see what you can find.  Maybe a version is being sold in your area.
