, was so tingly and itchy, it was very annoying, it felt like there was a hair irritating it, the next morning, it just won't stop watering, and its still itchy and sore, and it feels quite numb(ish)

I wore my glasses (short-sighted) And i don't wear contact lenses, this is only happening in my right eye.

How do i relieve it? It's annoying me XD

  1. You may have gotten a corneal abrasion (scratch on the eye) without realizing it. You can do that very easily if even an eyelash is in your eye and rub it. Make sure that you don't rub it even though it itches.

It could be pink eye, which is contagious. It's not harmful, just a pain in the butt! They can give you drops to make it feel better, which you can get over the counter, but it's a virus and nothing is going to "heal" it... It just has to run it's course. It's probably not something that you would do, but if the cornea is slightly scratched putting a pad over it (just some gauze and tape) will help it heal probably within a day. It keeps the lid from going up and down which tends to keep it irritated when you blink.

If it continues for a couple of days without any improvement, you should probably see an eye doctor.

    Best Wishes

    Have a great day!

  2. I get that some times, but its because of my hay fever. Try putting a wet cloth on it :] It stops it itching so much for me.

But if it continues, it could be conjunctivitis, which is contagious so you should see a doctor to get some eye drops :]

  3. either you were allergic to something or you have pink eye, if it doesnt go away in 2 days go see a doctor cuz pink eye is HIGHLY contagious, and needs medicine
