How to make needles less painful!!!!!!!!!! I'm getting my grade 7 shot how to I make it less painful!

ouch! im in year7 too and i just had mine like a few weeks ago. i find that if i don&#039;t look at the person with the needle or the table, im a bit calmer so heres my plan.

a) walk in and try not to look at the table with the stuff on it. either close your eyes, look down or walk in not facing them.

b) talk to the person giving you the shot. they will guide you through and then you are aware of what is happening.

c) wiggle your toes and count backward from 100. it takes your mind off things. (scinetifically, they are 2 of the things that require the most concentration under stress

d)have a loolypop or your favourite candy with you to have afterwards

i know it may seem scary but follow these steps and i promise you&#039;ll be ok.

yeah just don&#039;t look at it, and talk to someone so you can keep your mind of it. To be honest it doesn&#039;t hurt and it will be over before you know it don&#039;t worry too much about it.

If  you insist of having less pain you can buy numbing cream from a chemist.
