Ouija board troubles!!!?

me and my friends went to a haunted house last night in my town (it's rumored to be haunted, I personally don't think so) and when we got near it my friend started crying uncontrolably and he did'nt even know why and he's a real tough dumb-muscle type. Tonight I am going by myself with a ouija board to try to talk to any spirits there (if there are any, like i said i dont think it's haunted) and see what happened, and maybe I will spend the night there. do you think that's a good idea?

  1. Go for it if you like that kind of thing.  Nothing bad will happen.  The ouija board is just a game that you can buy in most toy stores and department stores, an ordinary piece of wood or plastic or cardboard.  It is meant for two or more players so it will not work very well if you try to use it alone.  It has no supernatural powers.  It does not communicate with the dead and it does not contact spirits.  It does not open any portals to the underworld or to anywhere else.  The people using the ouija board make it work through ideomotor movement.  It plays on your mind and imagination and your susceptibilities and beliefs and fears.  It can be scary because the imagination is a powerful thing, and can make you believe just about anything.  Here are a couple of links that discuss ouija boards and how to use them.

  2. depends on the way you take it and your spirituality if you don't believe then nothing will happen. but spirits are very peculiar and work in mysterious ways.

  3. 1. You need more than one person in order to properly channel the spirits. One person does not possess enough energy to do it themselves.

    2. It's probably not a good idea. If he started crying uncontrollably, there's probably some pretty pissed off/ sad spirits there. I wouldn't mess with them.

  4. Don't mess with a Ouija board, they attract all kinds of entities.   You could get a good or bad one.    Just leave the place alone.   Really.  You could get in all kinds of trouble.

  5. The only thing you will probably find is a drunk wondering in to stay the night or some homeless people if its empty!

    have fun w that!

  6. not a good idea to use a ouija but i still have an idea about how you can talk to the spirit and spend the night without a ouija board.... you'll need a friend though...

take with yourself a small baggie of flour, a larger baggie of salt, and whatever else you need to spend the night... take a friend with you (someone who will be serious about it)

when you're in the house, set up where you'd like to stay and make sure it's a circular area. outside the circular area you've designated, empty the flour on the ground in an even flat pile... get the salt and make a ring around where you want to sleep, sit, talk, etc... after you make the circle you CANNOT leave it until morning. to make the circle, lay the salt evenly in a circle... start at one point and work clockwise around the circle. but please please make sure you don't leave the circle... haha. (you could also supplement the salt with CHALK. use the chalk to draw a circle... probably safer, less easy for a spirit to disturb). when you are making the circle just imagine it protecting whatever is inside it with white light all night long.

once your circle is finished and the flour is outside it, you and your friend should greet the spirit which lives in the house and declare that you come in peace. then say you will ask some questions, that yes is two knocks, no is one knock, and that the spirit can write a word in the flour if it would like, and if it doesn't want to be seen, it can write it while you're asleep... ask things like who are you, why are you in this house, can you leave... but try to keep it to yes/no answers. if the spirit doesn't want to talk, just spend the night anyway. if it appears hostile, erase your circle counter-clockwise and leave the house immediately... if you stay, in the morning erase the circle counter-clockwise, thank the spirit for its cooperation, and leave...

p.s. lawler skates and queen of denial are right: it's probably best if you just don't mess with that place. you don't know what exists in there, so you as a very inexperienced communicator with spirits, shouldn't go in without knowing what's going to happen.... there are other ways to have fun on a friday night

  7. No I don't think that is a good idea............ But you won't listen......... So I hope that you survives this situation..............................

  8. No they say its a VERY bad idea to play the Ouija board alone but usually if you do play alone you probably wont contact any spirits...and your NEVER supposed to play the Ouija board where someone had previously died a horrible death... I'm pretty superstitious....

  10. why would u even do that?

But if youre going to be a dumbass- summon a spirit to someone you dont likes house.

  12. I don't think you should stay in an unknown, creepy house. But I doubt you'll find any spirits.

  13. yes.

  14. No, if the house caused enough of a problem then the Oujia Board will do far, far worse.

You dont know what it is you are dealing with and you also dont know what you are doign with the Oujia Board, so I would advise to stay well away.
