How should we use a Ouija Board?

And should we do it in a graveyard :P?

It really doesn't make much of a diffference where you use it. Spirits aren't fixed to a location, especially a graveyard. I've had some strange experiences with those, and I wouldn't trust anything of whatever you speak to says.

Only use it with mature people who aren't going to get freaked out and leave you alone with the board still in conversation.

A ouija board is just a game so it really doesn't matter where you use it.  The people using it make it work.  I would advise against being disrespectful in a graveyard because it may upset some people in the community.  Play the game somewhere that will not cause any upset for others.  Here are a couple of links that discuss ouija boards.
