Our StreetPilot c530 froze up

Question

Our StreetPilot c530 froze up with the screen on as we were entering a new address. We can't turn it off with the side button nor elicit any action from the screen. We tried both the car cable in the car and the car cable with the wall adaptor to see if that would maybe restart it but no change occurred. Thank you. Richard
