Our new Garmin Nuvi 260

Question

Our new Garmin Nuvi 260 quit calling out street names (text to speech). It now just says turn right or turn left. It was working properly for about a week then all of a sudden it stopped the text to speech. Anyone else have this problem. I e-mailed Garmin, but their web site says it could take 3 working days to respond. The wife needs the Garmin for work so I'd like to solve the problem ASAP.
