Ousting North Indian from Mumbai?

Last week mmbers of M.N.S. of Shri Raj Thakery caused havoc with lives of number of people, in Mumai and other parts of Maharashtra. Ou Government spent lakhs of rupees towards security arrangement towards house arrest of him. Instead of arresting him government should consider imposing of fine on his party and recovering the loss caused to the general public
