My parents and I have picked a place to get my lip pierced, called, Outrageous Ink. It's here in Toledo, Ohio, and I wanted to know how safe it is. It's approved by the health department, and seems safe enough. I've never been there yet, though. I plan on taking a friend and my parent with me to watch, also so my mom can give parental consent. I can't find any websites. Can anyone help me?
