Oven short circuit

Question

My oven was happily working away when suddenly it blew the fuses. I replaced the fuse in the plug and now it has power going to it, the digital display is ok but as soon as I turn the thermostat or selector k**b it trips out. I presume there is a short somewhere but don't really know where to start looking. Any help appreciated, thanks.
