Overclocking Question?

I have a core 2 Duo E4400 and i have FSB OC to 300MHz but my ram timings are really bad 5, 6, 6, 18 how can i lower the timings to like

4, 4, 4, 12?

The voltages are:

Vcore 1.408V

Vdimm: 2.018V

FSB: voltage is set to normal

Ram timing is part of the hardware that makes up the RAM module itself, you cannot change it, but you could replace the RAM to get the timing you want.
