Overseas Education?

I have 3 year full time degree and 1 year Partime (through distance education) diploma in HRM. I would like to know if this is considered as 4 year degree to apply for US universities.

Not sure what country your degree and diploma are from. I know that most US universities offer undergraduate degrees as 4 years. You might have to do a qualifying year to gain the extra credit missed out by completing a 3 year degree. Ina ll, the most important thing is to look at the entry requirements for your chosen institution. How many credits do they require? It will also be best to contact the student services or international student department as they will be able to advice on requirements and equivilent in your country.
