Overseas Worker here urgent advice pls?

I've a question, im a 457 OFW, working here in Brisbane and im thinking of moving to Melbourne for another job. what will happen to my visa, do i need to renew, are they gunna send me home first? does anyone know what would happen? what are my benefits or risks from my current jobplace... and the workplace agreement?

I would advise you to inquire from the agency which issued your 457 visa on the procedure to follow for renewal and whether such visa can be used in another state of Australia like Melbourne.  Their laws may differ from one state to another and from the Federal laws.  Regulation of entry and issuance of visa is under each state regulations or private entities who are tasked with such function so its best to inquire directly from them.
