Question:

Ovulation cramps?

I have read many different answers to this question and I am a little confused. I have been feeling mild cramping just on my left side and I am around mid-cycle. I am assuming this may be ovulation cramping. Does this mean that I am about to ovulate, I am currently ovulating or that I already ovulated?

I had unprotected s*x 3 days ago, is there a possibility of conception or was that too early?

  1. I always have pains a couple of days before I ovulate.  It is different for each woman.  You should check your cervical fluid, that can give you better clues as to if you are in your fertile time.  Cervical fluid after your period starts out dry, then sticky, creamy, wet, and then eggwhite.  Some women never experience the eggwhite cervical fluid, however it is your most fertile cervical fluid.  Whenever you start to see watery cervical fluid, if you are ttc, then start bding then and that will give you your best chances of pregnancy.  GL!

  3. Ovulation pain is common, but not all women experience it.    Sometimes it's called mittelschmerz.

It can happen before, during or after ovulation - so you never know for certain if you have or haven't ovulated.    If you are TTC, then 3 days ago may be OK but you'd be better off doing some more BDing today, just in case.

  4. GO TO A GYNOCOLOGIOST

    GET YOUR LOINS EXAMINED

    COULD BE AN INFECTION!!!!!!!!!!!
