Owe money!?

Question

I owe money to the financial aid at school, I've been trying to call but I get an answering machine... my question is "do they accept cash or checks?". Anyone have a clue?

Money orders work best.  I've been there, done that !

Second Tip !  Americorps positions offer you a chance to earn income, while they put all of your student loans and interest on hold.  Just in case you ever need this option.

Always pay bills with a traceable source. Cash is not a good idea in case you lose the receipt

I know my school excepts both I believe.  Like the other person said a money order would be the best.  That way you can keep the stub from it and keep it for your records.  If anything comes up you can trace it back and prove that you paid.  If you use cash something could happen and they could "lose" your payment.
