We have knocked all the doors of authorities in Hyderabad, None of them are helping us.



We have also approached the news reporters, among all the Electronic Media and Print Media reporters, though have enquired with the Police of Kukatpally Station Mr. Nageshwar Rao and Srinivas Rao, SI and CI, are avoiding and not concerned in our matter.



At last one of the reporters found that the Police of Kukatpally Station are objecting our Bail Petition in the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in collusion with the Public Prosecutor.



The Kukatpally Police have took into custody all our belongings, vehicle etc. along with Kautharapu Venu of the same area, created a wrong address for us as G-3, Anjaneya Apartments, Moosapet, Hyderabad-500018, written in the F.I.R. thus cheated the Hon'ble IXth Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Hyderabad as well as the Government of India.



The Police have no right to involve in our bail petition and the Public Prosecutor should not go according to the Police. Common people approach Courts for justice and Courts should render justice.



Our children's educational certificates and college books, clothes are in the custody of Police in our house at 7-127 Moosapet. We are living outside and for our teenage children getting some job / work, all the offices are asking for educational certificates, which we are not able to provide.



We are NOT TERRORISTS, ACTIVISTS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF THE AGITATIONS, NOT A DESH DROHEES, but have become VICTIMS OF UNSCRUPULOUS AND DISLOYAL POLICE.



PLEASE HELP US FROM THE POLICE WHO ARE CHEATING THE GOVERNMENT AND JUSTICE.

Please help me as I am out of house for the past one month without proper food and shelter.

The Police are not allowing to go into our house and detained Venu and some anti-social elements in our house at 7-127 Moosapet, Hyderabad - 500 018. Our furniture, two bikes etc. and children's study books and clothes are in house and Police and Rowdies are not allowing us to take our belongings from the house. Our Children are granted conditional bail by the Hon'ble Maginstrate at IXth Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Miyapur, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh and we had to incur Rs.100,000.00 to obtain this bail. We are bankrupt and do not have any money to survive. This is the misery the unscrupulous Police have caused in our lives.

I believe that the Government Authorities viz. Hon'ble Prime Minister of India have POWER to curb and caution the Police of such illegal activities being carried out by the Police to torture innocent families and ruin their lives totally.

WE CRYOUT FOR YOUR KIND HELP SINCE THE POLICE HAVE BECOME

"NARAROOPA RAKSHASHULU" FOR US AS THEY ARE EATING US ALIVE.

"DEMONS IN THE FLESH"

I beseech your kindself to order the Kukatpally Police through Cyberabad Commissionerate to allow us to take our furniture and belongings, so that we could go elsewhere.

With earnest hope, we a deteriorated family look unto Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Andhra Pradesh to get relief from Malfeasance and Unscrupulous Police.

The Police have ceased our belongings and not allowing us to take our belongings. They are not allowing us to stay at our house and we are away from our house, but the belongings / households are kept under Police seizure.

Please help us to have our belongings.

We cry out for your kind help. Please do the needful.

The Police are harassing us for years together by filing false cases, cases after cases and we have no money to obtain bail. Even we obtain and get one bail, immediately they are filing another false case and again we have to obtain bail, and this malfeasance of Police continues.

Please help us. We are not slaves for our country cops behave like this towards us.

Sir,

 

We have been suffering with the malfeasance cops who have been unscrupulous and caused great damage to our family. In spite of our appeals for the past 5 years representing our misery to the respective authorities at State and Central levels, we find no remedy and the cops continued their misdemeanors in our lives.

 

We are a family of 5 members, my husband is a private employee, I am a house-wife and our three children living at H.No.7-127, 1st Floor, Moosapet, Sanathnagar Post, Hyderabad -500 018, Andhra Pradesh for the past 40 years. As in most of the families, my husband’s family also has property disputes. Though this is purely a Civil matter (family issue), which Police are not supposed to intervene, but, deliberately, out of un-known grudge and accepting bribes, become most corrupt and accused us as criminals by accepting false allegations and filed criminal cases falsely without proper enquiry since they have accepted bribe from other parties. The Police have created a criminal history of ours by deliberately filing cases. The Indian Penal Code has sections, but these sections are not meant for misuse by the Police.

 

Recently, the cops at Kukatpally Police Station, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh have kidnapped our two teenage boys anonymously, detained them in Police station and imprisoned for one week based on false complaint given by K. Venu, Plot No.297, Anjaneyanagar Colony, Moosapet, Hyderabad – 500 018, A. P. It is understood from the F.I.R. that Venu (about 38 years) complained that all of us (5 people) have beaten him. My husband is away from home since July 16th, 2010 on a job assignment; our daughter is in hostel, myself went out and our two teenage boys to their studies. But, K. Venu had managed the Police with bribe and the unscrupulous Police have been faithful to K. Venu and the bribery.

 

We have sold our house to Venu and as he is due some amount of sale consideration, we executed an agreement with him that till he pays full amount, we will not leave the house. He got the cheque issued to us bounced and we filed a case under Negotiable Instruments Act in Secunderabad Court , pending for suitable action.

 

In the meantime, Venu had been engaging some goondas and rowdies and attacked us and tried to book a false SC and ST atrocities case on us.

 

We are unable to understand the cruelty and un-known grudge, uncalled revenge, in-humanness, disrespect and the laissez-faire of the Police towards our lives and lackadaisical and un-fearful attitude towards the law which has perturbed and disrupted our lives to abject misery and despondency.

 

Moreover, acceptance of false complaints and being un-reasonableness and showing partiality from one another, incongruous and not being legitimate nature, bad practicing of Law and Order, illegal and illogical behaviour is disgusting and depraving and we are forcibly subjected to a great loss in our lives. All our hard earned money is being spent for obtaining Bails because of the Police apprehend and produce before the Hon’ble Magistrate and we are caused to indebt.

 

The malfeasant Police have deteriorated our family to the full extent and have not yet satisfied with their unscrupulous and misdemeanor attitude and nature and also our children’s bright future is spoiled.

 

Though India attained Freedom from British Rule 63 years before, the common still suffers under the Police Rule.

 

India is a democratic country and democracy is “BY THE PEOPLE” “FOR THE PEOPLE” and “OF THE PEOPLE”

 

Democracy is NOT “BY THE POLICE” “FOR THE POLICE” and “OF THE POLICE”.

 

I sincerely urge and appeal for a suitable and remedial action by all the Government Authorities at State and Central levels to take up the task of controlling and cautioning the Police from doing such unwanted harm to people of Democratic Republic of India.

In a stunning incident an 86 years old man who resides in Krishnanagar has allegedly been forced  by a Kolkata based promoter to sell his two-storied building after kidnapping himThe accused promoter identified as Sankar Sau of Padrighata in Dumdum in association with his close aide Santanu Bhattacharjee (alias Siba) of Krishnanagar have allegedly got a sale deed registered apparently by the old man at Krishnanagar registry office showing a fake transaction of rupees ten lakhs for the residential building. Ironically enough, the building is located just opposite to Krishnanagar police station on R.N.Tagore Road.
Meanwhile, failed to evoke any response on his complaint lodged at Krishnanagar police station against the two accused, Krishnaranjan Das, the victimized old man, has appealed to chief minister Budhdhadeb Bhattacharjee to ensure his security as well for protection of his property. The Chief Minister considering the magnitude of the complaint has directed Nadia SP Champak Bhattacharjee to look into the matter.
Lost in despair, virtually being on the streets rendered by the fake sale deed, the old man now has banked expecting that the good initiative would come back to the police and the general administration on the direction of the chief minister.
Officials at Krishnanagar police station claimed to have initiated investigation. However, none of the accused so far been arrested. . It, however, looking into the role of a tenant, who allegedly signed as 'witness' on the 'sale deed' confirming the fake transaction.
Meanwhile, afraid of threats on life the traumatized old man has taken shelter at his grand daughter’s house in Katwa in Bardhaman district.
His granddaughter Sudarshana Hazra, a young homemaker, who has also waged a war against the accused, said: “Santanu and Sankar hatched the conspiracy to grab the property as they had eye on the property since long and persuading Dadu to sell it to them.” But, the old man always said firm ‘no’ to their offer.
Trouble began for octogenarian on January 8 when he went to market to make copies of his original land deeds along with some other documents. Santanu, who was following him, robbed the old man of all the documents he was carrying in a deliberate way.
He offered help to get the documents copied, but escaped making him a booby, Sudrashana said. When he rushed to his house Santanu asked him to come on the next day.
When he went next day to fetch the documents, Santanu forced him to get into a car and took him to a secluded place, where he and some other persons including promoter Sankar Sau forced him to sigh on blank stump papers and other blank documents.  Eventually these were used to make the fake ‘sale deed’ the sale deed proclaiming that he sold his house against rupees ten lakhs, Sudarshana added.
Later in the evening they dumped the old man close to his residence with a threat for dire consequences in case he dared to approach police.
Nevertheless, on the next day he lodged complaint at Krishnanagar PS. The police officials summoned Santanu, but he claimed that the old man sold the house in full conscience paying an amount of Rupees one lakh. Most surprisingly, the investigating officials appeared to be convinced with the interpretation and allowed accused Santanu to go.
Following this what waiting for the old man was more than a nightmare. Out from the police station, Santantu asked Mr. Das to come with him to get the document. However, once again he forced him to get into a car and took him to Chandpur only to intimidate him for dire consequences. He appraised the matter to local IC, SDO (Sadar). But, none came to rescue him. A few days ago, however, DSP (H&) assured to look into the matter.
Meanwhile, repeated effort to make contact with the accused person failed to yield result as their cell phone numbers were found “switched off”. When contacted at home, family members of Santanu at Kanti Kuri Lane, in Amin bazaar – Krishnanagar said that he went ‘outside’.
