P90x / basketball / routine

Question

I know i asked this but is it ok to do the p90x program then on sundays insteadt of doing the x stretch go play basketball?

Does P90X work? I was looking to buy it.

But with any work out regimane that you have, you must follow it exactly, I once made a work out routine and played basketball (I am a stupid basketball fanatic) on the same day as one of my bicep workouts, then I was hurting, then I skipped the next days routine, then my whole schedule was messed up and I had to restart so stop in your tracks.

And please tell me if it's been working for you in additional details, I never listen to those so called true success stories on the sites.
