* PARANORMAL * Negative energy in my home.?

Question

I live in a 50 year old rental house. There's been alot of previous tenants and a high turn over rate. Since moving here, everything has gone wrong. Personalities and ambitions have made a 180, non communication, fatique, anger, and even aches and pains accompany some. There's negative energy here. Guest have seen a little girl and young man (supposedly) and what I remember is the cable guy leaving my house saying: " You got something going on in your house, I'm outta here." I do have experience in living with the paranormal but nothing like this. Any info. on conducting sometype of experiment to confirm sometype of entities here would be appreciated. I'm not going to use a OUIJA board because I believe two family members might of opened Pandora's Box playing around with that thing before moving here. P.S. I do plan on purifying the whole house with sage by the way. Thanks.

Why do you assume that burning sage would be any more effective at cleansing your home than spraying Lysol?

Maybe the home has mold issues causing the fatigue, aches and pains.

And because people feel like c**p, they are more easily irritable.

I'm pretty sure if you were to open the windows for a few days and sprayed down the basement area with bleach water, spraying it up on the floorboards and rafters, that would be a start at "cleansing" the home.

Try recording, Ask questions while taping even if you don't hear anything the recorder may pick up something. I watch a lot of Ghost hunters on TV. It's worth a try.

There is no such thing as "negative energy".  There is no such thing as a bad spiritual residue that can beset a particular location.  However, if superstitious person thinks he's in a bad place this belief will affect his frame of mind and decision making.  He will be far more likely to interpret anything bad but normal as being a bad thing brought on by "negative energy".

You have further betrayed your superstitious nature by mentioning your fear of the Ouija board.  Given your magical belief system, why not bring in a priest and some sage?  It probably wouldn't hurt.

Replace the negative energy with positive energy.

Do a thorough cleansing. smudge the house with sage.

before i even started reading it, i was going to say use sage. but you should also just try talking to whoever is in your house. try saying something like "go to the other side, its ok to go" while purifying

I was going to suggest cleansing with sage, too.  Along with that, I would say a prayer (if you are open to it) aloud and say that only spirits of the light are welcome in your home and banish all others in the name of Jesus.

Sometimes talking makes a huge improvement, but if the energy feels heavy, then I would be more concerned with a negative (or lower level) spirit hanging around and causing you guys discomfort.
