ok i wanna know if i can just make a account without a bank/credit card and have somone send me money and i can use it?

  1. I don't think so.

    The idea behind Paypal is that they pay

    whom ever you buy something from online

    by taking the money from your credit card.

    This way you don't have to risk using your

    credit card on sites that may not be 100%

    safe from hackers.
