PS KB .MOUSE PROBLRM

Dear sir /madam
i have system 800mhz VIA processor , 40GB , 256DDR2 newly purchased , its PS2 ports are not working due to some hardwarw designing PS ports are present in board , i donot know jumper setting between USB & PS .help me in this matter
