Would Madden 04 and 05 for ps2 work on ps3. I have the 80gb with backwards compatibility. I got it for christmas. I found them at game stop in the 4.99 and under bin used of course 05 for 1.99 and 04 for .99

Yeah, those particular games probably work. A grand majority of the backwards compatibility was made for sports games, along with the other more popular titles.

Even if they don't work, they're in the cheap bin and at Game Stop you can return used games for any reason within 7 days for full cash back as long as you have the receipt. If the game itself doesn't work, you have 30.

Yeah ps2 games can work on the 80GB model.
