PSP and UMD problem...?

Question

I have this tekken dark resurrection UMD and i played it on my psp slim with a firmware 3.71 m33-4 and works perfectly fine... then when i upgraded my PSP to 4.01 m33-2, my tekken UMd stars to act strange, while playing (mashing buttons) it starts to act up weird by appearing the screen "do you want to quit the game" but i didnt press the home button. what seems to be the problem? help????

if its not the home thinging, it is becuz ur umd lost contact with the reader.. i experienced it before when i was playing game in my mmc, when i opened the umd thing, the same words came out
