Pa.National Guard Vets

Question

As a National Guard Vet. Why is there no benefits for us who served? I personally have served 14 years in the Guard,with 2 Honorable discharges and cannot recieve any compensasion for serving because I didn't serve overseas,or because I didn't go active. Please take time and discuss this matter with me! thank you a worried Vet.
