Pain in my leg? 29 weeks?

well im about 29 weeks prego and for the past 3 days my left thigh hurts like it locks up and i cant move it at all any one might know what this is

Call the doctor to be safe.  I just got over a virus where my left thigh was killing me and I could hardly put weight on it.   It could just be a virus.   But since you are prego call the doctor to be safe.
