I'm redoing my room and considering getting a mural similar to the one posted below on one of my walls but what should I paint my other three walls considering I don't want any pinks, oranges or yellows. By the way my furniture will be black. Thanks!

  1. You should paint your walls a teal shade of blue. It goes with the artwork and it's not too dark so your room won't appear small. Hope I helped!

  2. play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours:

I think it would look great to paint your room "gingerbread" (# 7157) from their SoftSuede faux finish collection.

You can also take a photo of your room & upload it to the makeover gallery on Roomvues dot com:

You can get color suggestions & they'll photoshop them onto your room so that you can get an idea of what it will look like.

  3. pink or purple

  4. maybe an ivory coloror putty? -- something netural that won't take attention away from your mural
