Paintball gun charges?

what do u think the charge would be for a paintball shooting? (assault..ect), and how much time in jail would a person get?

If i was shot with a paint ball ,I would charge the shooter with aggravated stupidity!! Right after i force feed him a dozen or so of his paint balls!!!

It is Battery (touch someone in a rude or insolent manner). Assault is threatening to strike or injure causing the victim to be in fear.

The crime of Battery is a misdemeanor and is presumptive probation for the first time. If the paintball caused injury ( hit an eye or similar) then the charge could be Aggrevated Battery and that is a felony punishable by 5-10 years in prison.
