Is this true she hires the same lobbyists as Ted Stevens and over 70 million of my tax dollars went to Wasilla!?? On MSN, they said she only spoke about the "bridge to nowhere" for political gain...

It is true that she was Mayor and managed to get $27 million in federal funds for a town of 6,700.  It is also true that she was part of the AIP - a group that supported the defection of Alsaska to Canada.

I would not believe anything MSNBC says, they are full of lies and such angry people on that station!     Palin put some republicans in jail for oil corruption and is against wasteful spending and denies most Earmarks even offered to her for Alaska.     Her and McCain are the PERFECT team to run our GREAT COUNTRY and to MAKE IT EVEN GREATER!

The article you refer to brings out information which is interesting, but dated. Alaska now has the ability to provide for these needed earmarks. Earmarks are appropriate when funds are needed to build infrastructure on which an economy can build or rebuild itself.

Gov. Palin says it's time Alaska grows up and provides for itself. The revenue forecast indicates it will have the wherewithal to do that. It's a matter now of using that revenue to fund capital projects in communities, building infrastructure to grow Alaska's economy.

She was all for the brdige until Alaskans had to pay for it. She hired a lawyer/loobyist to get earmarks for that tiny town.  She also left that town in debt...first time in its history.Incredible.
