With millions of Americans out of work, deep in debt, and/or in danger of losing their house, the OBVIOUS solution is to send them a few hundred dollars so they can buy some junk from China at Walmart!  Yes, that'll get the economy going!  Buying Chinese made goods at Walmart!

i think we should cut all the unconstitutional federal programs that are ruining this country, and keep our money before the government steals it form our checks so we wouldnt need a stimulus package.  end the income tax.  bob barr 08

Are you sure?  I know that Pelosi is pushing it, but the Bush administration isn't so sure.  And, yes, I just saw it on a segment with Neil Cavuto on Fox.  And he had a Democrat on to argue for it.  I think you mean Pelosi and not Palin.
