Panasonic SCHT895GNS Home Theatre

Question

HiI have brought this home theatre recently.It comes up intermittenly when playing dvd's. Error F61 then the unit turns off.Do you know what this is ?Also there is audio in on the back of the home theatre but only audio in (not audio out) on the Phllips 32PF7321 32" LCD.Which plug do I put it in to as there is only audio in ?ThanksPaul
