Paranormal Team?

I'm sort of looking for a paranormal investigator team, in Florida, that is looking for people to join. I know it sounds really weird, but I'd like to look into joining one.

  1. Check out this forum. They can direct you.

  2. I would try the link below.

    Psi

  3. I'm not too impressed with the work of most of these types of teams.  You know... using various electronic gadgets and using the word 'electromagnetic' to cover everything that cannot be explained.   To gain more advanced knowledge, answers, or interaction with the unseen world I would suggest pointing yourself in the direction of remote viewing, radionics, and mysticism.

  4. Don't know if this one is already posted or not. I'm in  North Florida. I thought there would be at least one in St. Augustine..but couldn't find any. Good Luck! (The town I live in is definitely haunted..but they won't admit it. They have ghost tours on Halloween...but I wonder if they know what goes on here the rest of the time!)

This one is more specifically for Florida.

  5. This depends on what part of Florida you live in or how far you are willing to drive. There are probably just as many paranormal groups in that state as there are in others (over 80 currently active, client-based groups in Ohio that I've stumbled across and certainly many more exist).

    Northwest Florida Paranormal Research Society-

    National Paranormal Society (South Florida)-

The above are just examples of the groups that exist in Florida. The ones I have provided have new content (seem to be currently active) and are accepting new members. If you visit these sites be sure to look at their link areas to see other groups located in Florida.

  6. Broxguy is right..... Look up TAPS, The Atlantic Paranormal Society. They have what they call a TAPS family spread out all over the US. The TAPS families, as they call them, are always looking for more volunteers. You can get training, experience and meet many others with the same interest. It will definitely get you on the right track.

Oh and any name associated with TAPS will be reputable. There is alot of wackos out there.

  7. Here is a link to the T.A.P.S. site, they have a list of paranormal teams from all around the country who I guess are t.a.p.s. approved. I'm sure one of the 2 Florida groups listed could hook you up with a local group to contact.

  8. Try going to local universities & see if they have any groups.

    Good luck.
