Parasite Paracide?

Do all my monsters get turned into insects if Parasite Paracide is face up on my opponents side of the feild, if my opponent is the owner of Parasite Paracide?

  3. No.  Parasite Paracide's effect will only work if it's on your field from your deck in that case.  If your opponent flips it up, it's put in your deck, then you summon it as soon as you draw it.  After that all your monsters turn to insects.
