Paretologic privacy protector?

Question

I still can't delete files that show up in a scan. I tried restarting the computer like it told me (several times) but it still says that there are items that it can't delete. It tells me to close all programs (they are and always have been closed when I run the scan) and restart the computer. Any suggestions?
