I agree the Rodin museum gardens are exquisite. Also prefer the Orsay to the Louvre.

Rodin was always my favorite (I lived in Paris for 3 years).  The indoor portion is only moderately interesting, but the gardens are quite beautiful.  If the weather is nice pack a lunch and hang out. Musee D'orsay would be my 2nd choice.  Run through the Louvre and see the Mona Lisa and Venus de Milo, then escape the most crowded annoying place in the city as fast as you can.
