Hi i am an international student in melbourne australia and i am searching what can i do to get part time job which helps me make quick money over here. I am doing masters in IT but i am ready to do any type of work that pays well.

Try a call centre. They are always looking for part time employees and always employee students.

definetly try a call centre, just make sure its not purley commission based. Or you could put an add in your local uni paper advertising for a tutor.
