Pass Plus after 1 year ???

hello, its been a year and 1 months since i pass my driving test.

ive heard your not allowed to get passplus after 1 year, is this right? is there any other way?

You can take the pass plus whenever you want, but the insurer will only allow you the year's no claim discount you get with the pass plus if you take it within the first year, and some insurers insist on you taking it within 3 months. If you have been driving for a year, there wouldn't be any point in taking the pass plus anyway as it represents a year's no claim discount, and you will get that anyway for driving for a year.
