Passport. help?

ok i am 15 and i want to visit a friend in monterry mexico.

will i need a passport to stay for about 5days?

what all will i need to fly there and back besides a plane ticket?

You need a passport to re-enter the US after leaving the country.  If you are flying anywhere outside the US, you will need a passport.

At 15, you may need to fill out forms that you parents must sign - underage and traveling alone.

I  think you should be discussing this with your parents. At fifteen you're far too young to be flying off to visit friends.

yep. you need a passport.

but i think they're only valid for 5 years instead of 10 if you're under 16.

i think they stopped taking birth certificates, i remember taking a picture at the post office for my passport. you will most def need one[passport]

go online and look at the requirements for mexico. Every country is different. I don't think you need a Visa but you might need parents consent like a letter since you are underage and your going out of the country.

If you are coming from the US, you dont need a passport to go to Mexico.  All you will need is an ID to board the plane.
