Past tide and weather info??

Question

for my project i need to know the tidal information and weather conditions of shaw's cove for may 23, 2008.

its in laguna beach california, does anyone know a way i could find that information?

The Laguna Beach Weather Station is evidently no longer active.  The closest I could come was Newport Beach Harbor:
